You get charged immediately and the funds are available to the campaign manager as soon as they clear through the payment system.
Can people outside of the United States contribute?
YES! Jewcer campaigns can receive contributions from anywhere in the world using any major credit card. Please be certain to make sure that your card allows international transactions.
Is my contribution publicly shown?
You can choose if you want your name and/or your contribution amount to be shown publicly. You do that in later steps in the process.
Is my contribution tax deductible?
Campaigns sponsored by Jewcer (or campaigns by a tax-exempt organization) are qualified in the U.S. as charitable under Section 501(c)(3), and donations exceeding the fair-market value of goods/services received are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The campaign page will specify if this cause is sponsored by Jewcer. If you are not certain, please email us at help@jewcer.com
When I contribute, does the campaign manager get my information
Yes, the campaign manager can see your email address and your name (if you provide it).
Can I cancel a contribution after it was processed?
Once the contribution is processed, the funds are transferred. If you want to cancel a contribution, please contact us and we will make sure you get refunded.
