The Jewish Innovation
Since its founding by Rabbi Rosenberg 37 years ago, Sinai Retreats has stayed true to its mission of building Jewish Pride and the Jewish people one person at a time, through real relationships and authentic, fluff-free Torah. We have maintained our high caliber classes and many of our staff: Rabbi Gershenfeld, Rabbi Auerbach, Jill Kaisman, and Debbie Greenblatt and we have also included more staff and programs. As our sessions have grown so has our budget, and we now turn to our alumni and friends from the past 30 years for much-needed support.
The Impact
Over the last three decades Sinai has greatly impacted the Jewish people one by one. With the legendary 12 day sessions for both men and women it has shared an authentic approach to Jewish living with a view of fundamental values and Torah insights to each individual student. The program is a combination of classes, tutorials, and experiences and students, staff, and tutors create unshakable bonds.
As a result of 30+ years of more than 90 sessions of the programs, it has built hundreds of new families who value and understand the beauty of Torah and its connection to Sinai and will pass it on to the next generation.
What Will You Do with the Money?
Sinai Retreats will safeguard Jewish continuity and inspire Jews to discover and connect to their Torah heritage through amazing summer experiences. Attendees pay only $300 for a 12 day session, ONLY 25% of the total session cost (and of that many of receive scholarships).
Plus, Sinai Retreats will use this campaign to generate revenue by updating their facilities and 20+ guest cabins to be rented during the summer as well as other seasons.
Several gracious donors have agreed to match all money raised in this campaign, up to $40,000. So your $100 donation means $200 for Sinai Retreats, and $500= $1000!
