In Jewish tradition, we are taught that Kol Yisrael Arevim Zeh Bazeh—all of Israel is responsible for one another. When one of our own is suffering, it is our sacred duty to step forward and help. Today, we must answer that call.
Imagine being bound to a wheelchair, battling illness, and struggling to afford the most basic necessities—food, warmth, and a safe home. Imagine facing these hardships alone, with no family support and no reliable means to pay for help.
This is the heartbreaking reality for a woman in our community who needs us now more than ever.
Her home is crumbling around her. The paint is peeling, repairs have been neglected for too long, and the conditions have deteriorated to the point where her safety is at risk. While kind volunteers assist her with cooking, cleaning, and dressing, she has no financial stability to secure the consistent care she truly needs. If an emergency arises, she has nowhere to turn.
We cannot let her continue to suffer. The Torah commands us to care for the widow, the orphan, and those in need (Devarim 15:7-8). She is our sister, and it is our privilege to help her live with dignity once more.
With HaShem’s help—and your generosity—we can raise the necessary funds to renovate her home, assist her in securing reliable care, and aid in restoring her sense of security.
This is not just charity; it is a mitzvah. It is a chance to fulfill tzedakah and chesed in their truest forms—to lift up someone who cannot stand on her own and remind her that she is never alone.
Give today and be a source of light and hope. Every contribution makes a difference.
May your kindness bring blessings to you and your loved ones.
